Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. Orders below ₹999 have a nominal delivery charge.

We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery. The bag must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Reach out to our support team to initiate an exchange.
We sincerely apologise for that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
